PA Discount Ink may collect personally identifiable information - such as name, phone number, shipping address, and e-mail address - from those who purchase a product from the company. This information is collected for the sole purpose of order fulfillment and WILL NOT be rented or sold to anyone.

Shipping Info
We ship most  orders U.S. Postal PRIORITY MAIL.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 EST will be shipped the same day.
Free Shipping on orders totaling $25.00 or more.
A flat rate shipping fee of $3.50 will be  added to orders totaling less than $25.00
WE do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Guarantee
PA Discount Ink guarantees you that our inks comply with the manufacturer's specifications, and they will not harm or damage your printer in any way.  Our goal is to supply you with the best possible products and help you save on your printing costs. There is absolutely no risk to you.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Compatible replacement cartridges (which replace the OEM brand) are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 180-day warranty period. The returned cartridge must contain no less than 75% of original ink capacity.

Refill kits are only returnable within 180 days of purchase and must be sealed in original packaging.  No partial refunds

Bulk Ink is not returnable, replaceable or refundable. Bulk ink is intended for experienced refillers.  Customers are urged to use our refill kits to gain experience before ordering bulk inks.

Products that are ordered incorrectly or for a machine that no longer is operative are only returnable within 180 days of purchase and if the original packaging is unopened. The cost of reshipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your order carefully.

• Merchandise must be returned with its original packaging.
• Refund is paid in the same way as the original method of payment for purchase, excluding shipping and handling cost.
• Please also submit a copy of the original invoice and your phone number along with the return.  Also, specify if you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
• Please mark "Attention: Exchange/Refund Department" outside the shipping box. Ship to:
